1-4-25 New Position: Zone Leader

Received this email from Elder Ishibashi's Mission Leaders this morning: THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER-DAY SAINTS PHILIPPINES CABANATUAN MISSION Philippines Cabanatuan Mission 554 Del Pilar Street Cabanatuan City 3100 Nueva Ecija Philippines Jan 4, 2025 Dear Brother Ishibashi, We are pleased to inform you that your missionary, Elder Ishibashi, has been assigned to serve as a Zone Leader in the Philippines Cabanatuan Mission. Elder Ishibashi has shown himself to be a humble, dedicated, hardworking and obedient missionary who has been faithful and diligent. He is qualified for this important mission assignment. Sister Eckel and I feel so blessed to now have the opportunity of serving even more closely with him as he fulfills the responsibilities that will come to him in this new role and will be available to help him in any way that he requires. His responsibilities as a Zone Leader will include a stewardship for the wellbeing and training of all those for whom he has a responsibility. This will include helping them learn by example and teaching them important proselyting skills, demonstrating love for God, love for each other and love for the people that they teach. He will train them in all aspects of missionary life including how to organize and plan, how to hold study sessions and how to carry out companion inventory to name a few. His influence on fellow missionaries will be powerful. We have confidence in Elder Ishibashi and know that he will be successful in this assignment. The Lord trusts him and so do we. We believe that he will carry out this assignment with the same dedication and commitment that he has already demonstrated thus far as a missionary. He has been such a blessing to our mission!
